Why on earth would you want to make a T.V. programme about Ugly Americans.
There are ugly people in every nation around the globe. Besides which I think ugly is in the eye of the beholder, just as beauty is.
Ugly on the outside is not what counts, it's what's inside, if it is ugly on the inside then I can understand. you wouldn't want to associate with ugly on the inside for fear some of that ugliness rubs off on you.
What do you say guys?

G.P. Timimg
So, what do we think of this timing the G.P. has to work to 15 minutes per patient?
in most cases a good idea, especially as you do get those that will just talk to fill in a lonely day.
Otherwise I do think it would be good to mention any condition or more than one that is worrying and be able to book a double appointment.
I once went to an appointment and had written a list of things that needed to be discussed and actioned only to be told quite bluntly by the G.P. sorry your 15mins are up I haven't got time.
I don't go to the doctor as often as I should probably but after that I only go now if I am desperate.
